Zachary Jackson Rigg Attorney at Law

I’m an attorney based in Northern Kentucky, representing individuals and small businesses throughout the Greater Cincinnati area in employment, personal injury, family law, civil litigation, and estate planning matters.

Before opening my own practice, I spent two years as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges in Washington, D.C., drafting decisions in whistleblower, employment, and workers’ compensation matters. My experience working inside the administrative process before I ever appeared as an advocate gives me a unique perspective on how these cases are handled and what it takes to win them.

I went on to practice employment law and civil litigation at several firms in Kentucky and Ohio, representing both individuals and companies in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. I’ve handled everything from employment discrimination and retaliation to business disputes, complex civil litigation, and personal injury: at every level from initial filings through trial and appeal.

I started ZJR Law because I wanted to practice on my own terms: taking cases I believe in, giving clients the direct and honest counsel they deserve, and keeping my practice small enough to do the work well. I’m a lawyer, not a case processor. If you’re looking for someone who will level with you, prepare thoroughly, and fight hard when it matters, I’d like to talk.
